Confused about deletion of Sekhmet

Several days ago I copied Sekhmet from enwiki to enmoe, which was deleted later. As far as I know, both site use CC BY-SA 3.0 license, so I wonder if the page can be undeleted. If not, please tell me why and what's wrong with my edit.-- From Wallfacer of moegirl the Temporary Autoconfirmed user (Talk) 07:54, 12 April 2021 (UTC)

@Wallfacer of moegirl I'm pretty sure Sekhmet is not in the scope of inclusion for EnMGP. As far as I'm concerned, before a comprehensive system of documents is established, EnMGP should follow the same policies and guidelines as ZhMGP. --Editor Rakuzen 08:04, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
@Leranjun I'm sorry, but it is really in the scope of inclusion for EnMGP. As you say, "before a comprehensive system of documents is established, EnMGP should follow the same policies and guidelines as ZhMGP.", since 塞赫麦特 is in the scope of inclusion for ZhMGP, Sekhmet is in the scope of inclusion for EnMGP.-- From Wallfacer of moegirl the Temporary Autoconfirmed user (Talk) 08:29, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
@Wallfacer of moegirl (i)Note 塞赫麦特 can be counted within the scope of inclusion only as a prototype article.
In order to comply with the corresponding policy, more than 3 uses in ACG works must be listed in the article along with the description, such that the description itself does not exceed 1.5 times the length of the list of uses (the word limit is not applicable here as the language is different).
I have reviewed the article you copied from Wikipedia, and I don't seem to see a list of uses in ACG works. Therefore, I was not incorrect that the deleted revision of this article was not in the scope of inclusion.
( ¡ )BTW Although the licenses are compatible with each other, it is still discouraged to copy and paste from Wikipedia without further altering. Let alone the fact that some contents, if not most, are not applicable here, what's the point of starting EnMGP if everything is available on Wikipedia? We want to create some contents of our own, following the style of ZhMGP.
Let me know if you have any further questions. Good luck with your future contributions! --Editor Rakuzen 10:51, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
@Leranjun It seems that you didn't read my article, which includes enwp:Sekhmet and enwp:Ancient_Egyptian_deities_in_popular_culture#Sekhmet. More than 3 uses in ACG works are listed in the later one, so Sekhmet in EnMGP is in the scope of inclusion for EnMGP.-- From Wallfacer of moegirl the Temporary Autoconfirmed user (Talk) 12:45, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
Yes, I didn't read your version of the article because it has already been deleted by the time I got the news, and based on the information I received, the article was merely a duplicate of Wikipedia. Apologies for getting this wrong.
As for why the page is deleted, I wasn't the one who deleted the page, and I can't read others' minds, so above is all I can suspect for now. --Editor Rakuzen 14:56, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
@Leranjun I'll appreciate it if you can help me to ask him/her. My request is just ignored.

Request to undeleted Sekhmet

Reason: Sekhmet mainly includes enwp:Sekhmet and enwp:Ancient_Egyptian_deities_in_popular_culture#Sekhmet, and more than 3 uses in ACG works are listed in the later one, so Sekhmet is in the scope of inclusion for EnMGP as a prototype article.

It would be appreciated if @金萌桥姬 can tell me why the page is deleted or help me undelete it.
